Company Profile

 Yannette Fichou-Edwards has been creating in the kitchen for over 25 years.  Raised on the principles of traditional French cooking, Yannette has expanded her knowledge of the world's cuisine through formal study as well as personal visits to over 100 countries.  Professional experience at Home Chef Cooking School and in her current position with Sunset Magazine's kitchen has rounded out her knowledge.  Yannette shares her extensive knowledge of technique and style through formal and private classes in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She has published three cookbooks and caters unique and memorable events.
